Before last week I never knew this book existed.

My sister Emily bought this book at an estate sale, apparently at least a few years ago, and our Mom found it when we were going through her stuff after my sister passed away in January 2022.

Most of my family (I am one of 7 kids) are huge John Waters fans. When we were younger, and none of us had our own kids yet, we'd watch John Waters movies together (including my Mom), after family gatherings like Thanksgiving. I definitely remember watching Female Trouble and Pink Flamingos as a family. My Mom is 75 now and still has a Divine magnet on her fridge!🦩 😂

I don't think my sister knew this book had any value or she probably would have sold it when she could have (she fought brain cancer for 11 years and died at only 47). She was very savvy at selling on-line!

Anyway, that is how I came to have this book, and it's in wonderful shape, no one laid a piece of paper on the cover and proceeded to write on it. No coffee stains on the pages, etc.

The only, very minor issue I can find that would prevent me from calling it 'mint' would be a very small yellow stain in the top corner, maybe an old water stain? It only appears in 3 spots only: on the front inside page, back inside page and top back cover. You REALLY have to look for it. I didn't notice it after looking at it many times. See last 3 pics.
