A. Condition of individual Cards and all Pokémon related items are as listed. 

B. All my Cards, item and items are sold on a used basis unless declared as new.

C. Please draw conclusions of condition of Cards from photos.

D. If the photo is not clear, tell me & I will stop auction.

E. All my Cards are genuine Pokémon Cards made in Japan or the USA. 

F. PLEASE do not ask me to grade this item/items, if not %100 happy send back for full refund.

2. Postage.

A. All my item and items are sent 1st class signed for recorded and no other way.

B. All efforts are made to safeguard your items during postage.

C. I am willing to combine postage on my items up to a four (4) day maximum period.

D. I will try & update invoices as auctions go along.

E. I only Charge postage not packaging which are set by Royal Mail not myself.  so

3. Unfortunately.

A. I do not do Buy-it-now's, Fixed price or best offers on any of my auctions. 

B. Please do not send emails asking for any of above I will not answer.

C. As with eBay terms and conditions I will relist this item/items if not paid in 5 day 24hour period.

    without consulting the failed buyer of said item/items. (you have 5 days to pay)

4 Scammers.

A. I will not give the buyer a discounted price because the buyer thinks that the card is not what was listed.

B. I will not give the buyer a discounted price for any other reason what's so ever. 

C. If by agreement a card/s is returned (eBay by eBay policy) it must be the same card/s as sent.
