Antique Washington Monument Souvenir 1932 + Historical Facts 4 ¾ Inches Tall

 

Up for bid is an souvenir from Washington DC of the Washington Monument standing 4 ¾ inches tall on a 2 inch by 2 inch base.  This souvenir is made in Japan and seems to be of some sort of pottery or ceramic.  The monument base has George Washingtons birthday of 1732, the dedication of the monument date of 1885, the date the souvenir was sold 1932 celebrating George Washingtons 200^th birthday, and the height of the monument which is 555 feet.  The souvenir seems to show stains from being on a shelf for such a long time.  There are no chips or cracks that I can see.  See Pictures.
