Blenko 5427 Gurgle Decanter 

Not 100% positive, but the color looks like teal and is stunning

Piece measures approx. 15" tall with the stopper in

Bottom measures approx 4 1/4" across

There are no chips or cracks in the glass

There is a few tiny air bubbles in the glass that are only noticeable upon close inspection.

There is one slightly larger air bubble on the underside of the middle lobe which is shown in one of the photos.
