Sold as is.  I could not get cars to power on with the tracks. Not sure where the issue is since I don't have alternative pieces to test.

Set appears complete. All tracks, power adapter, controllers and both cars included. Props appear complete but there may be something I missed.  Cardboard props have some wear from age. 

Box have some foxing.
