The necklace section measures 64 cm in total length. The medallion and cross section measures 15 cm in length. The medallion has Mary on one side and Lourdes water on the other. There is scratching to the lucite container of the water and I think the water has evaporated, its hard to tell.. The cross is marked Italy on the back. It also comes with a leather or vinyl pouch that has a very faded "my rosary" written on this.
