An original, Popeye illustration drawing.
Thanks to a very kind ebay viewer, I now know this was by Bud Sagendorf.
It's from Issue # 28, which was released in 1954.
I do not see a signature.
There are page numbers in the margin area.
Stong paper (similar to strong card stock).
Ink with traces of pencil below the ink.
20" X 14".
Unframed.
Any other information from ebay viewers is appreciated.
