This beautiful Vintage Japanese Satsuma Ware teacup and saucer set features a stunningly detailed mountain scene with gilt highlights and trim. The backstamp on the pieces translates to Uchida, which is a type of Satsuma Ware from Kobe in Japan, likely dating from the Taisho period c1912-1926. The pieces are in lovely vintage condition with very minor wear commensurate with age and use. This set would be a wonderful addition to any collection!
