The box is very well made with hinges and closing clasp. The fabric covering has a few scuffs and nicks but otherwise in fine shape. There is a worn (sales?) sticker attached to the bottom.

The viewer is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or interior corrosion. Focusing and interocular controls are smooth. Illumination is steady and un-flickering.

The condition of the slides is a mixed bag, but interesting. Several of the scenic slides look very professionally done, similar to the example shown in the final photo.
