As pictured.  Beautiful lamp shade.  About 5 inches tall and 4 3/4 inches wide.  About  2 to 2.25 inches for the fitter.  It is in good condition except for a small top rim chip and a small bottom rim chip.  They are shown in the last 2 pictures.
