Please note I believe this is the Macie doll house (not the city house) the set is in good used condition some of the cardboard pieces are warped from being stored with other items (particularly the roof piece) but still usable. Some of the purple support beams have yellows slightly. House goes together well with some extra effort needed on the roof trusses. Displays extremely well. House appears to be complete. Comes with everything shown in photos. Smoke and pet free. This item will be sent unassembled so assembly will be required. Also please note there are some taped on Barbie posters and other spot of tape and or tape pulls as reflected in close up photos
