Condition on this issue is fair/good- it was only read once but was found buried in the depths of storage and shows signs of wear. On a pro grading scale, I would rate it as fair/good. (I have 30+ years experience working in comics retail and grading comics.). The cover has several creases, creased corners, dings along the spine, general roughness on the corners and edges. Definitely not mint, but a good reading copy. There may be a little light storage wear on the spine and covers. The comic dates from 2001.
