Capital Stamp Co. advertised in the back of Boy’s Life magazine. They sent stamp albums on consignment, the recipient removed the ones they wanted and paid 3¢ each, often in US postage, for the ones they kept and returned the album to Capital. This album was found in an estate—never returned.
