Take your favorite fitting shirt/pants/shorts/leggings etc and lay them flat and measure. Compare your measurements to the ones in the pics.

Tag sizes differ from manufacturer to manufacturer and country to country, garment to garment. If you need more measurements, or clarification, let me know. If you can’t see the numbers clearly, look for the ‘foot’ marks, (i.e. 12 inch, 24 inch etc) and count marks from there. Otherwise ask a question and I will clarify.
