Japanese Meiji Period (1868-1912) wire and wireless tecqnique floral and leafage decorations cloisonne vase on a light grey -beige background, mounted on silver rims, signed by Ando Jubei (an early work). There is a silver mark on the bottom rim, and comes with a base.
