Vintage Mexican Folk Art Hand Painted Pottery Figure 

featuring a Lady / Woman holding WATERMELONS on her head and in her arms. Possibly she is  a watermelon seller.  

The back is signed by the artist Jesus Aguilar Alcantara.

 The colorful statue stands firmly at approx. 81/4" high by 3". 

Great Condition. It looks like there may have been a repair at one hand / fingers but all is intact, no fingers are loose. See Photos.
