This game-used baseball is from the electric MLB DEBUT of Seattle Mariners ROOKIE pitcher Bryce Miller.  In his debut  on May 2nd vs. the Oakland A's, Miller had a perfect game through five innings.  In six innings pitched, Miller gave up only two hits and one run.  He became the first Mariner pitcher to strike out 10 batters in a debut.  He routinely threw his fastball in the upper 90s.

With this game-used baseball in the 4th inning, Bryce Miller got two outs – a groundout from Esteury Ruiz and a flyout of Ryan Noda – and pitched two called strikes and a foul ball to Ryan Rooker.  Rooker ended up striking out in the at-bat with a different baseball put into play.

This game-used baseball has been authenticated by Major League Baseball.  The MLB Authentication information is shown in one of the posted photos.
