This 2023 Arizona Diamondbacks "25th Anniversary" game-used nameplate hung above ROOKIE slugger Dominic Canzone's home locker at Chase Field during July.
This locker nameplate has been authenticated by Major League Baseball. The MLB Authentication information is shown in one of the posted photos. The nameplate is authenticated as Team Issued rather than Game Used because it was authenticated after Canzone had been traded to the Seattle Mariners. It was purchased directly from D-backs Authentics.
The nameplate is huge, measuring 23 7/8" x 6 5/8" wide. It is made of foam board. The nameplate shows wear on the corners, edges and surface from being installed, removed and stored by the D-backs Clubhouse Staff.
