This Chinese jade carving is of the finest quality. It is a classic jade vase form with flat sides decorated with  archaic animal motifs from handles to lid, the etched drawings on the sides, and, the support trim on the sides of the base.  The custom reticulated stand complements the delicate stature of the vase.  It is 8 1/2" tall with lid and stand, 7 " tall w/out stand, 4 1/2" from handle to handle, app 2 1/4" at its thickest ( right below the shoulders).  Excellent condition. Some putty residue.
