History & Condition Notes

+ This little trinket was originally a marketing gimmick given to conference participants by a company called "Teltech". It was meant to inspire fascination and critical thought behind the technical aspects of product design and to encourage the use of their information database. "Dr. Bovee" was a character in their system.

+ Aside from some minor creasing on the instruction card, this set is in practically pristine shape!
