We purchase liquidation and overstock pallets from major retailers and resell those items. Most items are brand new. Some may have been used or returns. We make every attempt to check each item and verify the item is in working order with no damage. Should an item slip by us, please reach out to us. We would not intentionally sell an unusable item.
