Contained on this map set are finely detailed locations of the homeowners and landowners around the Towns of North Salem, Twin Lakes, Croton Falls &  Purdys.  This map is split into 2 sections to better show detail thus making a map set. Due to the limited size of my scanner bed, only a portion of the map are shown. Covering an area from the Croton River East to Connecticut, this map set contains the towns of North Salem, Croton Falls, Salem Center, Twin Lakes Village, Waccabuc, Purdys and the Northern section of Lewisboro. Some of the features contained on this set are Lake Waccabuc, Croton River, Peach Lake, Lake Rippawan, Lake Oscaleta & Titicus Reservoir.
Some of the estate or land owners which are clearly printed are Brown, Brady, Green, Purdy, Todd, June, Anderson, Horton, Knapp, Wagner, Benedict, Freedman, Smith  and so many more that it's impossible to list!  It also shows next to the owners name the amount of acres. Also indicated on the map are schools, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams. Please note that due to the vast area covered, the more heavily populated towns won't show homeowners names-- just not enough space to list them.

This map set would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything! What a great genealogical treasure to be able to locate the homes of one or more of your ancestors!
