You will find that many budget priced games are now arriving from the manufacturer without manuals because all of the information required should be on the disks. This therefore keeps manufacturing cost down and reflects in the retail price.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders via Royal Mail 1st class post same day before 2pm or next day.If you select special delivery (UK only, cost £5) please email us straight away to inform us that you have paid for this service.

In the event of a delay you will be notified straight away. All deliveries inside United Kingdom are Free (excluding Southern Ireland) Delivery rates for countries we post to inside Europe are £2.95 per item.

RETURNS

Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be sealed and in the same condition as purchased. Please note that we can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of an error on our behalf or the game is faulty.

It is unusual for games to be faulty but if you are having problems with your game please contact us through ebay messages straight away for technical support and advice and should we find your item is faulty we will of course arrange for a replacement.
