Motors are shipped to a nearby freight terminal or to a commercial address where a lift gate is not required (i.e. the customer has a forklift or other means of unloading).  Shipping is within the continental US ONLY.  Please contact MABBCO at 1-800-639-2949 if shipping to a residence, to a location with limited access, or to a location outside the continental US as additional shipping charges will apply.  Motors are shipped F.O.B Tyler, Texas.  Buyer to pay freight costs.  Motors can also be picked up locally at the Tyler, Texas factory.  Buyer is liable for return shipping on any returns or warranty claims.

Any warranties on the products(s) sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller, MABBCO Enterprises, Inc., hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and MABBCO neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products. New and remanufactured items can be returned in unopened, unused condition for refund or replacement within 14 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Used items are sold as is, no warranty, express or implied. The shipping costs for all returns must be paid by the buyer. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to properly package any items being returned. Credit will not be given for items that are damaged during return shipping.
