Tank Cure cleaner is a water based product   This product is a degreasant to remove dirt,grease and gums but not existing old  sealant.  Put the cleaner in your tank without diluting it with water.  Shake your tank several times over a period of several hours to keep all the inside surfaces wet.  If your tank is extremely dirty you can leave the cleaner in for a day or two.  Keep your tank at room temperature.  Take out the cleaner and flush the tank with water  and dry thoroughly and quickly. If the tank has an old sealant you must use TANK CURE EPOXY RESIN REMOVER.
