SHIPPING:
Upon receipt of your payment we will ship the item within 48 hrs. All shipments will be confirmed by email. For Royal Mail Recorded, Special and International Signed For Deliveries you will receive tracking item for your item. Please note Royal Mail only confirm delivery of your item, Royal Mail do not provide detailed tracking information.

Delivery and Packing Options:
- Royal Mail First Class - delivery within 3-4 working days
- Royal Mail Airmail (International only) - delivery within 3-5 working days

In case of missing, delayed or damaged in transit item please contact us accordingly. That will enable us to start necessary procedures with Royal Mail (depending on the type of delivery you have chosen).
If you have not received your item within 21 working days (UK and EU customers) we will deem the item has been lost. We will then start necessary procedures with the shipping company. Please note we can not be held responsible for loosing the item by the shipping company.
