* SHOULD YOU ORDER ADDITIONAL FABRIC COMPONENTS?
The DORSI-LITE™ is durable, and, with reasonable care, most users can expect to get at least 6-12 months of service from it before the fabric components begin to wear out. The DORSI-LITE’s™ plastic spine should last indefinitely, but the fabric components will wear out eventually, their service life being based on the amount of wear they are subjected to.

If you need to replace DORSI-LITE™ fabric components, or if you're planning to use your DORSI-LITE™ frequently for BOTH dry use, and for water activities (bathing, showering, swimming, hydrotherapy), consider ordering optional 2-Piece or 4-Piece Fabric Components sets.
 
THE 2-PIECE FABRIC COMPONENTS SET contains one each of the Strap and the Cuff. These are the components that get the most wear-and-tear, and therefore, wear out more quickly than the other components. These are the same components as those that come with a new DORSI-LITE™.
 
 
THE 4-PIECE FABRIC COMPONENTS SET contains one each of the Strap, the Cuff, the Comfort Pad, and the Super-Strap. These are the same components that come with a new DORSI-LITE™. The 4-Piece Fabric Components set can be used to replace the original fabric components, and is also ideal for individuals who want to use their DORSI-LITE™ for both wet and dry activities, on a daily basis, or frequently. This is an economical way to have your DORSI-LITE™ available for dry use, while the wet-use fabric components are drying, without having to purchase another complete DORSI-LITE™. It's easy to remove and to re-connect the fabric components to the plastic spine, using Velcro, and takes only a few seconds to do.
 
 
SHIPPING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
WE COMBINE SHIPPING CHARGES TO SAVE YOU MONEY!
Note that we charge the same low shipping charge, no matter how many units are shipped together.

Any orders that contain multiple items and multiple shipping charges, and multiple orders that are received from the same customer on the same day, and that can be identified as shipping to the same addressee, will be automatically combined by us into a single shipment.
When this happens, we will only charge for a single shipment, no matter which type of shipping method you selected, and no matter how many items are ordered, what the total shipping weight actually is, or how much actual postage charges turn out to be.
If you paid for multiple shipments on-line (either because you ordered more than once on the same day, or if eBay or PayPal charged for multiple shipments), when we combine these items for shipment, we will automatically refund the excess shipping amounts via the method of payment you originally used to pay us.
 
 
U.S.A. SHIPMENTS, AND APO SHIPMENTS TO LOCATIONS WITH STANDARD USPS RATES
 
1.        There is a $7.00 standard Shipping and Handling charge for any shipment to a U.S.A. location and APO location where U.S. Postal Service standard First Class mail rates apply.  This applies to the entire order, not to individual items ordered.
2.        We accept payments via PayPal ONLY. Use your PayPal account, or a credit card via PayPal.
3.        No C.O.D. orders. Please do not send cash through the mail.
4.        Orders are normally shipped out within 2 days. 
5.        Standard orders are normally shipped via First Class mail, with Delivery Confirmation. Time in transit, depending on your location, is usually 2-4 business days from the time we give your package to the Post Office.
6.        EXPRESS MAIL DELIVERY WITHIN THE U.S.A. is available optionally for $30 (includes all S&H). Time in transit, depending on your location, is usually 1-3 business days from the time we give your package to the Post Office. To have us ship your order via Express Mail, please indicate that when ordering. Express Mail Shipments require a signature upon delivery. If no one is at home to sign, the mailman will attempt another delivery the following day. To have the mailman leave the package by your door without a signature, please send us a short note to this effect in your eBay order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES, AND TO U.S. TERRITORIES WHERE STANDARD USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL RATES DO NOT APPLY
1.  International orders MUST be paid via PayPal, in order to avoid currency conversion problems.
2.  All International shipments are shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail International (Air Mail). Time in transit is normally 6-10 business days. Customs processing by the destination country, inclement weather, strikes, or holidays, may extend the time in transit beyond 10 business days.

3.  Our Shipping and Handling charge is set at a low standard $15.00 for ALL International shipments, irrespective of destination country, no matter how many items are shipped together, or the total weight.
 
4.  ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS AND POSTAL CHARGES MAY BE ASSESSED LOCALLY, by the destination country, once the package has arrived. These charges/fees may include one or more of the following: import duty, excise duty, vat, mail clearance fee, etc.  It is our experience that such additional charges have only been assessed in the UK, in only approximately 10% of the shipments sent there.  Any such locally assessed charges must be paid by the recipient before receiving the shipment. 

Customers that order from us, under these terms, who are later unwilling to pay the fees, and refuse to accept the shipment, will be credited for the value of the merchandise only (not for the shipping charges), when the Postal Service returns the shipment to us.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS 
  1. If you are not fully satisfied with our products, for any reason, return them within 30 days from date shipped (45 days for International shipments) to receive a full merchandise refund. We do NOT refund shipping/handling charges.
  2. Any defective component that is returned to us will be replaced, free of charge, within 90 days from date shipped (120 days for International shipments).
  3. Refunds for payments received will be processed via the same payment method as the original payment. 
  4. See full warranty details and product return instructions contained in the product documentation.

- Merchandise being returned, if purchased from X-Strap® Systems, should be sent directly to X-Strap® Systems at the address shown in the product documentation. If the merchandise was purchased from a party OTHER THAN X-Strap® Systems, the merchandise should be returned directly to the party it was purchased from.

 

- WHEN RETURNING ITEMS TO X-STRAP® SYSTEMS, DELIVERY CONFIRMATION SERVICE, OTHER TRACKING SERVICE, OR INSURANCE, IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. In case of a question, you may have to provide proof that you shipped the item, in order to receive a refund.

 

- Purchaser’s full name and address must be provided for a refund to be processed. eBay customers should include a copy of the X-Strap® Systems or eBay/PayPal receipt.

 

- All components originally included in the package of the product(s) for which a refund is being requested, must be returned.
