1- Glow stickers don't glow automatically. It needs to absorb light in order to glow.
The more light it takes on the brighter it glows.

2- Give/Charge sticker with close light or sunlight for 1 mins.
3- Test by letting it glow in darkness.You will see it change to
beautiful glow
**Glow colour can sometimes appear different to the naked
eye. If unsure take a photo as the camera will reflect actual
colour clearly.
