1928-48' Ford pilot bearing. A sealed pre-greased Pilot bearing, Ford #A7600.  Always replace this bearing when you have the trans or engine out. It's a lot of work to get at this bearing, so if your already there, replace it with a new one!  

I always combine shipping and will utilize flat rate box's when it makes sense.
