Western Filters accepts payments via Paypal. This is the quickest and easiest way to pay. However, you do not need a Paypal account as Paypal also process credit and debit cards. We are also able to accept bank transfers or Cash payments on pick ups. You can set up a Paypal account on their website in a couple of minutes. For Bank Deposits you will see our Bank Account Details when you complete your checkout.
Western Filters carries a huge range of stock on hand so when you place an order with us depending on the time the order was placed 99% of our orders leave the same day, you can tell this by our positive feedback ! Western Filters use Australia Post E-Parcel and on despatch you will receive Tracking advice. Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST in Metro areas should be received between 1-3 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 5 business days.
Australia Post E-Parcel is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Western Filters takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. Please contact us if your order has not has not been received within the recommended timeframe.

Western Filters are happy to accept product returns for incorrect purchases or even change of mind for up to 30 days from purchase, however the item must be in it's original condition & packaging !
