This is a high quality 1/4" 6.35mm jack lead for the best possible amount of power transfer from your amplifier to your speaker cab then this lead is one of the best options for you. All cables have resistance, low copper content will increase the resistance, higher copper content will give low resistance. This cable is pure copper and will give better power transfer. Having the correct speaker lead is vital for the best frequency response from your amp head to cab.
We often get asked 'why can't I just use a cheap cable?' and the answer is cheap cables have low copper content many have a mix of metals and this causes major issues. Copper isn't attracted to magnets yet when a mix of metals are used in a cable and high power travels through the cable power is lost not only because the cable doesn't transfer the power efferently at all frequencies it also has metals inside the conductors that get attracted to each other due to the magnetic fields created in the cable, this causes poor frequency response and poor sound.
Using incorrect leads that aren't designed for amplifier speaker use can cause poor sound quality or even damage your amplifier.

Construction
We cut the cable to length and add connectors. Approximately 40mm of cable will be inside the each connector.
We make this lead ourselves here in the UK. Heat-shrink is used when making the lead. it is made by our lead maker who has 30+ years of experience in making cables. We also use 4 percent silver solder, it is lead free, this makes the solder joint harder and is very shinny just like it should be. Standard lead free solders are softer and usually give a dull finish.
