If you are like me and you enjoy doing research on certain rural properties and other pieces of land, this spiral bound booklet would make a welcome addition to your library of research tools.

In 2005, these little directories were originally priced at $40 per booklet.

It's a NEAT item and a WEALTH of information to the right person.
