Before you start to measure you must first decide whether you would like your blind to hang inside or outside the window recess.

Measuring your windows is not a difficult task; simply follow the instructions to ensure a good fit for your blinds.

If you require your blinds to be fitted inside the window recess:

1. Measure the width on the left, the middle and the right inside the window recess from wall to wall.
   The most important measurement to write down is the smallest one.
2. Measure the Drop (height) in 3 different positions inside the recess from the top of the recess to the window sill.
   Once again the most important measurement to write down is the smallest one.
3. Use the smallest measurements when ordering your blinds.

VERY IMPORTANT

• When you send us the sizes please send them WIDTH first followed by the DROP.
• For example, if your window is 120cm wide x 130cm long, send the size as; 120 x 130. We can except the sizes in cm or inches.
• We will send your blinds minus the correct allowance for the blinds to fit.
• Choose if you want FACE FIX brackets, to fit the blinds to the window frame, or TOP FIX brackets, to fix the blinds into the top of the recess. Please see the brackets images below.
• Finally please tell us if you want you blinds to stack to the left, stack to the right or split in the middle (please see the diagrams below). If this is not specified with your order we will send the blind to split in the middle.

1. Please send us the exact width and length you would like the blinds made to.
2. Tell us if you would like the blinds to stack to the left, stack to the right or split in the centre. If this is not specified with your order the blinds will be sent as a centre split.

The blinds will be sent automatically with Top fix brackets, which can also be used to fit to walls above the window recess.

IF FITTING OUTSIDE THE RECESS, YOU MUST TELL US SO WE KNOW NOT TO MAKE AN ALLOWANCE ON THE SIZE.

1. Choose the nearest width and length (Height)) to the size you require from the drop down menu.
2. If the size you require is between sizes then go to the next width and length up.
3. Using the "contact the seller" link, send us the information required to make your blinds following the instructions above.

Please measure carefully as the blinds are made to measure and they cannot be returned if measured incorrectly.

Blinds can only be returned if they arrive faulty or damaged.

We must be informed of any problems with your blinds within 48 hours of them being signed for.

Our fabric scans are a representation of what the fabrics look like. If at all unsure, please order a free sample before ordering your blinds.
