      • MISSING PARCELS:
        Sometimes Royal Mail fail to deliver your parcel therefore if you do not receive your item/s then please let us know. For any claims of non-receipt of item/s, the proof of postage will be forwarded to you, the buyer, and then you will have to make the claim for compensation yourself.       You may return a product bought from us within 28 days of receipt for either a refund or exchange. All we ask is the products are returned in the same condition in which they were sent, with all the tags attached and in the original packaging. Please email us in advance so we can expect delivery. Please send a note with your return stating the reason for the return and your requirements. This will help us deal with your request quickly. If in the unfortunate event you are not happy with your purchase then we will refund the full cost of the item. We will not, however, refund any postage costs unless you are returning a faulty item.
