Solid Gold does not mean pure or gold plated.

 You should keep in mind that Solid Gold always consist of an alloy of pure gold and other metals (commonly copper, silver or zinc) and the purity of this mixture depends on how much gold it contains. 

A piece can be made of solid gold and have very low gold purity at the same time (purity is indicated by the piece’s karat- 9ct to 24ct)


Our 9ct gold comprising of 37.5% gold and a combination with other metals. 
Due to this metals lower durability you may expect tendency to tarnish, corrode and react with its wearers skin when you allergic to other metals. 
To avoid any allergic reaction we will alway recommended higher grade gold, minimum 18ct which it is strong, beautiful, durable and does not tarnish, corrode or react with its owners skin.

Any jewellery made from 9ct gold can not be expected to last more than a lifetimes normal wear.
The other option is platinum which we also sell on eBay. 


9ct Gold may go tarnish quicker (dull or even black) from the exposure to chemicals in the atmosphere and also may discolour from contact with perspiration, perfume, hair or deodorant sprays, bleach, household chemicals and some fabrics…


Possible solutions to the gold tarnish problem include: 


- Store jewellery in a pouch or bag in a dry atmosphere (unpolluted, e.g. by exhaust fumes, solvent vapours, where possible).

- If stored in a box or pouch or plastic bag, ensure it is free of sulphur-containing compounds (from solvents, fabric treatments, adhesives, etc.). 

- Polish jewellery regularly with a soft cloth to remove any early tarnish films, perspiration and other contaminants (sprays, etc). Clean after wear and do not put on perfume, deodorants, sprays, etc whilst wearing the jewellery

There are few simple steps to put it on: 

1) Push one end away from you.

2) Slip the hoop onto your piercing from the slim end. 

3 ) Push both ends back together.

To remove the hoop piercing :

4 ) Follow the same direction, Push the 2 ends away from each other. Slip it off your pierced hole.

For hygienic reason, under UK Law you may, return it purchased product only when was unused in its original undamaged packaging and return it with attached packing slip. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. 

If the product was removed from original packaging or damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
