- New: Without Box - New condition without box. These shoes are care fully packed and shipped in our own boxes.
- New / Display - Shoes were tried in stores, floor samples, or displays. They might have minor creases, scuffs, or scratches. These shoes were never worn before and are very close to brand new condition.
- Gently Used - Shoes may be returns or show minor signs of wear. These shoes are still in good condition.

We send all packages via USPS and recommend sending items back to us using USPS. Use a tracking number as you are responsible for insuring the package's return.
