This device come programmed to block outbound dialing of 911 emergency calls. 

It can be easily programmed to block up to block outgoing 911, 411, or any combination of up to 5 phone numbers (each up to 8 digits long) 
(manual included).

Important:  It cannot be programmed to block outbound calls with 10-digits or more e.g. 305-XXX-XXXX

Applications:
- Homes and institutions with mentally ill individuals

Easy to install and use!  It has two (23) RJ11 sockets. Simply connect it to the LINE and to the PHONE (2), as shown in diagram.
