Little Girl’s Cotton Hoop Skirt

New white 100% cotton underskirt with 2 hoops. Hoop skirts are FUN to wear. Easy to walk in, sit, run, or dance around the room.
The hoop skirt has an adjustable draw string waist, which can go from teeny tiny to 30" inches. The bottom hoop can be pushed in to make it smaller if your dress or skirt isn't quite full enough. The bottom ring is 75” inches in a circle for both sizes.
