To confirm your made to measure size please follow the steps below:

Select the 'up to' sizes required from the drop down options. Please note, these are for pricing purposes only, and we will make the blind to your custom size. For example, if you require a 1155mm x 1250mm, you would select the 1219mm option

Slats Only eBay item number : 251355920463This is the measurement you need to take if you want your blind to fit inside the window recess.>We always recommending measuring in 3 locations and using the smallest one.
>1) Measure the width of your recess (wall to wall)
2) Measure the drop (height) of your recess
3) On message to seller use "measurement type RECESS"
>We then make small deductions needed to ensure the blind fits perfectly into the recess (around 10mm on the width only). Please Note: if the recess is less than 60mm / 2.5" deep, the window opens inwards or there are other obstructions the blind may have to be fitted outside the recess

To comply with Child Safety Legislation EN13120 8.2.33, we and our suppliers have implemented new child safety mechanisms.
Child safety cords- Installation height unknown. This is essential so that control lengths can be adjusted, otherwise all of our control cords will be supplied with controls compliant with EN 13120. This is up to a maximum of 1 metre long (100cm, 1000mm, 39 1/3 inch).
Please note: If using a blind in a room accessible to a child or pet, you must ensure that the cord is tied up safely out of reach (1.5 meters above floor level). For safety we recommend moving beds, cots and furniture away from windows fitted with a blind that has a side control mechanism. Do not tie cords together to form a loop and ensure they do not twist to create a loop.

All blindsbypost products are quality checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems please call our customer service team on 0330 555 66 77 or send us an eBay message.
You have 48 hours following receipt of your goods to report any damaged or defective goods due to manufacturing, or damage caused while being in the delivery process. We will deal with your queries promptly and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent. We reserve the right to ask for digital pictures with regards to the issues reported or to ask for the product to be returned to us for inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights.
