1. We accept PayPal. Only PayPal payments from verified accounts with confirmed addresses will be accepted.

Returns

100% satisfaction is our goal. Initial shipping is free. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly return the full amount of your purchase EXCEPT SHIPPING COSTS (example: Purchase price = $100.00 - $5.00 we paid to ship item = $95.00 Amount we will refund). Returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. No returns or exchanges on any merchandise showing signs of being worn, or damaged. Custom made items or with alterations, engraved, sized, re-sizing, are not subject to refund or exchange.

Return Process: Buyer has 30 days to receive the refund, meaning we must have the item the latest by the 30th day since you purchased the item back in our office. Please mail it back to 706 S. Hill St. Suite # 510, Los Angeles, CA 90014 with a copy of the packing slip and write "returned for refund" on it. As soon as we receive it and inspect it, we will refund your money.

Exchange Process: To exchange, please email us stating you would like to exchange the item. Buyer has 30 days to submit an exchange, meaning we must have the item the latest by the 30th days since you purchased the item back in our office. Then just send back the item with a copy of the packing slip and write "exchange" for what you would like to exchange it for. Ship to 706 S. Hill St. Suite # 510, Los Angeles, CA 90014. After receiving the item, inspecting, and exchanging, buyer is responsible for cost to re-ship the item. We will send you an invoice to submit your payment for price different and re-shipping cost. If the price is less, we will refund the difference.
