We dispatch Monday to Friday and any orders received after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Mon We are in the hands of Royal Mail once we dispatch
to you... and very ocassionaly items can go missing and we would ask
you to contact us direct or your local sorting office first if they
haven't arrived within 6/7 working days ..especially if they have been
sent by free post.
