Hello and welcome to Bespoke Fashions. We are an ebay shop which has been established to help bring the catwalk to the high street, for all you fashion conscious people out there seeking the latest fashion trends online, at a price most affordable for everyone.
We aim to provide an easy and efficient ebay shop, which provides up to the minute woman's fashion trends and celebrity inspired styles along with a fast delivery service; safe in the knowledge that all of our potential customers will be fully satisfied with their respective experiences.
We are confident that we can provide you with a whole new concept to your shopping experience; as it is common knowledge that fashion is an integral part of any women's life. In light of this, our primary concept is to create a modern fashion and lifestyle website, in the hope that many more will follow in your steps.
Delivery, Returns, Exchange & Refunds
Our Policy is to process and deliver your order Fully Completed and on time. However sometimes things Happen that we have no control over and things don't run as smooth as we would like them to.
So PLEASE if your order is running late, faulty or wrong contact us via eBay Messaging A.S.A.P.
so we can resolve the problem together.
Dear Buyers
1. All Returns must be via eBay Resolution Centre within 21 days of receipt of item.
2. For Assistance with Filing a Returns Request Please Refer to the eBay help page on: Requesting a Return
3. All Exchanges incur an Additional Postage Cost to Resend your item.
4. Refunds will only be given when we are in receipt of your item.
5. We recommend you send you return Recorded and keep your receipt for proof.
6. Buyers must regularly update their records, as we are not responsible for item lost in post due to buyers Wrong Postal Address
7. All Items Returned for Refund Including Free P&P Items will be Refunded Less Postage Costs.
8. Please note even though some of my items are listed as with 'free postage', it does actually cost to post items, therefore postage charges are deducted from refund.
9. Images Displayed are for illustration purpose only, the colour/shade may vary slightly from the one shown due to each buyers monitor/phone resolution and settings.
10. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PUT A COPY OF INVOICE STATING WHAT YOU REQUIRE EXCHANGE OR REFUND WITH OUT THIS INFORMATION IT CAN TAKE UPTO 4 WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
Additional Information
We are happy to accept returns or exchange requests within 21 days of the dispatch date as long as the product is not worn /used or smell's & with all tags attached. Please contact us for a returns number us before returning the item. A copy of the invoice should also be included with the product for the returns or eBay id and item number to take place effectively. A refund will be issued directly into your PayPal Account.
We Cannot cover the cost of you returning the item to us.
If in the unusual circumstances your parcel can't be located by Royal Mail, they do not declare it lost until 15 working days after notifying Royal Mail. Only after this time period we are able to refund you the cost of your item.

We cannot guarantee delivery times as the times are only approximate.
All deliveries must be signed for if you request the signed for service.
If you are not available to receive your parcel then a calling card from royal mail will be left with details of how and where to collect your parcel from (UK ONLY)

If your parcel is undelivered and you do not collect it or make arrangements for re delivery then the parcel will be returned back to us.
If you would like a refund this will be excluding the delivery charge.
If you want the parcel resending then a further postage charge is required.
Please take care when entering your name and address details as this may result in lost or undelivered parcels.
Sometimes the postage cost may vary depending on the item but this will be clearly stated before you pay as to what the cost will be.
If you do not receive your parcel within 5 working days please email us for your tracking number. If the parcel can not be located then we will have to wait a minimum of 15 working days from dispatch date for us to refund or replace the item (UK ONLY).
Rest of The World and EU parcels will need to wait a minimum of 21 working days from dispatch date for us to refund or replace the item.
Parcels being delivered to Europe and Rest of The World may be delayed by customs in your country. We will have no information or control over this.

Items are shipped one working days after receiving payment by UK first class mail and International Airsure or Signed For.

UK Next day Delivery Before 1pm (EXCLUDING SATURDAYS)
£6.50 - This service is available Monday-Thursday only except bank holidays (UK ONLY).
Monday-Thursday orders need to be placed before 3pm to be received the next day.
Please be advised that orders placed AFTER 3pm on a Thursday but BEFORE 3pm on Friday will be delivered on a Monday before 1pm. Orders placed AFTER 3pm on a Friday will be delivered BEFORE 1pm on a Tuesday.
There is a tracking number available for the parcel.
A signature is required upon receipt of parcel.
UK Saturday Next Day Delivery
£9.99 - Delivery time is Saturday before 1pm.
Orders need to be placed before Friday 3pm to be received the next day.
Please be advised that orders placed after Friday 3pm will be delivered on following Tuesday before 1pm.
There is a tracking number available for the parcel which we will provide if needed.
A signature is required upon receipt of parcel.
International Deliveries.
Europe customers £10.50
Rest of the world customers £12.50
Delivery time is approximately 7-15 days from the date of dispatch.
IMPORT DUTY
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order to avoid any surprise charges.
Please also note that if you are purchasing from the UK and having your parcel delivered to another EU State then there no taxes applied.
