Dispatch Time

Please check the dispatch time on the item, We try to dispatch all orders made before 3pm on the same working day however some items may vary.

If after 3pm the item will normally be dispatched the next working day, After 3pm Friday the item will be dispatched Monday.

Your order will then be sent via the delivery method stated on your order.

Once dispatched

A tracking number will be uploaded to eBay, sadly eBays tracking system does not always work so we recommend you check the tracking number against the courier own website for up to date information.

VAT Invoices are automatically send via email you your listed email address after the item is marked as dispatched, please check your Junk mail if you have not received this.

APC

You can track this delivery via APC-overnight.com or using the APC Direct App
If you have checked this and the item has still not arrived within 5 days please contact us and we will look into this for you.

ParcelForce

We use Parcel force for our larger items. A tracking number will be updated you your order once dispatched, and should be trackable via eBay, however you may wish to check Parcelforce.com to check.
If you have checked this and the item has still arrived within 7 days please contact us.

Royal Mail

Royal Mail take around 2-4 working days to deliver on average, However we have to wait 10 working days before we can make a complaint so please be patient.

Useful Tips

For a lower profile effect remove the Metal legs and use the rubber mounts in place, reduces the height to approx 80mmm. 

Unfortunately some items can get damaged in transit or get missed in the quality checks. If you have received a faulty or damaged item we can often sort the issue without you having to return the item.

To help up resolve the issue, please send pictures of the fault with your message.

Please follow Ebays returns process and raise a returns case, this should allow you to print a returns Label that will have our address and References already on. if an item is returned to us without this label then it will delay the returns process.
