POSTAGE TO UK

Orders to UK mainland are sent by Royal Mail 2^nd Class that generally take between 2 to 5 working days. In rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances  some orders can be delayed by up to 15 working days.

Should the order not arrive by 15 working days max period we offer a compensation by offering a re-send or a refund.

POSTAGE TO EU/ REST OF WORLD

Order to EU/ Rest of World generally take between 4 to 10 working days, they are dispatched by Royal Mail Air Service. On rare occasions some orders can take up to 20 working days.

Should the order not arrive by 20 working days max period we offer a compensation by offering a re-send or a refund.

RETURNS

You are welcome to return the order as long as they are in un-used , un-sealed state, return postage is at buyers expense.

If the product delivered was damaged, unfit for use, or wrong item sent then we would send you an replacement and will refund you for the Return Postage paid for return.
