RETURN

Returning Items All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. 1. Product must be returned in unopened original condition.  2. If the product has been opened, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.  3. If the product is opened & defective we will exchange it, however the original item must be returned to us.  4. Buyer pays for shipping if item needs to be sent back for any reason (refund or exchange).

• There will be 20% restocking fee applied to items returned when ordered in error and will be refunded  minus the original shipping cost.
