Important postage information, please read before purchase

Updated - 1st April. Royal Mail are still experiencing unexpected delays periodically in certain areas. This can happen at anytime should a depot need to close temporarily or suffer staff absences for those having to self isolate . If you need your order quickly or for a specific time then please choose Special Delivery at checkout as this service is a UK priority service and the only one with a guaranteed delivery date. You can check the service update page on the Royal Mail website to find out which areas are currently affected, this is updated daily. Areas that do get affected can expect mail to take up to 10 days from date of dispatch. Currently 1st Class is 1-10 working days and 2nd Class 2 -12 working days.

POSTAGE

All items dispatched same day if purchased and payment cleared before 12pm, except Weekends where the item will be posted on the Monday.

UK items are posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow up to 5 working days for it to go through the Royal Mail system, although most items will usually arrive in 1-3 working days.

International items are posted using Royal Mail International. Although most items arrive within 7-10 working days it can sometimes take 15-28 working days to work it's way through various international hubs and customs.

If you want your item next day (UK only) please choose Special Delivery at checkout.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All items are sent in sealed clear bags so you can see the item, if you are not happy for any reason you may return the item for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned with original un-opened packaging.

Any jewellery found to be faulty or damaged will be replaced free of charge or refunded only if that item is unavailable. Photographic evidence of the fault must be provided.


ROYAL MAIL NON DELIVERY / LOST IN TRANSIT ITEMS

All items notified as not delivered will be claimed for through the Royal Mail claims process. Customer name, address, email, and details of the transaction will be passed on to Royal Mail as part of their claim process, this is for them to verify the claim is genuine and customer details will not be used by Royal Mail for marketing purposes.
