Fast Delivery

We offer a fast delivery service with most stocked items dispatched the same day* if your order is received by 2.30pm. We despatch via carrier who will book in a delivery slot for you on large items.

Large Items

Large items such as Scaffold Towers, Trestles or Ladders etc, will not be despatched until we have spoken to you to confirm your contact details/phone number supplied by eBay so please make sure these are up to date. 

If we can't contact you then this could result in your item being delayed.

Small Items

We may also dispatch smaller items via Royal Mail (second class) to keep delivery costs to a minimum.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods and are subject to the following conditions:- The buyer must advise in writing or by email that they wish to return the goods. Our initial response will include a returns number which should be clearly marked on the returned goods. The goods must be unused and in new, resalable condition (where possible still in the original, undamaged packaging). The buyer must arrange and pay for the goods to be sent back to us. Goods must be packaged suitably for shipping via carrier as goods damaged in transit back to us will not be refunded. Once we have received the goods and established the items are in resalable condition, a full refund will be given. Returns beyond 14 days cannot be returned for refund/credit
