All of our kits can produce blinds upto 3m in drop at no additional cost.

Our tracks come with a white plastic chain as standard and free, but you can upgrade!

Inside the box you will find everything you need to make your Roman Blind We use a white aluminium cassette head rail system which comes pre corded and with an embedded Velcro strip, ready for you to attach your fabric!

You have two parts which you can upgrade
5x Rods, these can be upgraded from Fibreglass to Plastic (£10)
1x Bottom Bar, this can be upgraded from Plastic to Metal (£5)

This is the measurement you need to take if you want your blind to fit inside the window recess.We always recommending measuring in 3 locations and using the smallest one.
1) Measure the width of your recess (wall to wall)
2) Measure the drop (height) of your recess
3) On message to seller use "measurement type RECESS"
We then make small deductions needed to ensure the blind fits perfectly into the recess (around 10mm on the width only). Please Note: if the recess is less than 60mm / 2.5" deep, the window opens inwards or there are other obstructions the blind may have to be fitted outside the recess
Please use this measurement method for fitting blinds outside the window recess or have made your own deductions.
1) Measure the width you would like the blind to cover
2) Measure the drop (height) you would like the blind to cover
3) On message to seller use "measurement type BLIND SIZE"
We recommend a window recess overlap of at least 70mm on each side. Please Note: we do not make any deductions to the measurements given when using the actual blind size option
To comply with Child Safety Legislation EN13120 8.2.33, we and our suppliers have implemented new child safety mechanisms.
Child safety cords- Installation height unknown. This is essential so that control lengths can be adjusted, otherwise all of our control cords will be supplied with controls compliant with EN 13120. This is up to a maximum of 1 metre long (100cm, 1000mm, 39 1/3 inch).
Please note: If using a blind in a room accessible to a child or pet, you must ensure that the cord is tied up safely out of reach (1.5 meters above floor level). For safety we recommend moving beds, cots and furniture away from windows fitted with a blind that has a side control mechanism. Do not tie cords together to form a loop and ensure they do not twist to create a loop.

As the items offered in this listing are Made to Measure (custom made) these would not be subject to Distance Selling Regulations, and by buying this product you agree to the following terms...
1. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from time of ordering (standard 3-7 day delivery), 2 hours from time of ordering (fast-track 1-2 day delivery)
2. Made to measure items cannot be refunded or exchanged if incorrect information is provided.
3. Any faulty or damaged products will, of course, be replaced or refunded.

Please note; we are unable to manufacture your order until we have received your custom information (requested within the How to Order section), by not providing this information this may lead to incorrect eBay delivery timescales.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. blindsbypost shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. We recommend that you make arrangements for trades people to carry out work on your behalf only after your order has been delivered, you have checked that there are no defects and that all components are complete.
Refusal of delivery and/or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in re-delivery charges. Items will be attempted on 2 occasions, with calling cards left, and held by the couriers for up to 4 days to allow you to re-arrange delivery. After this timeframe, these will be returned to us. Returned items are only held up to 4 weeks and may be disposed of after this time.

Damages / Replacement Policy
All blindsbypost products are quality checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems please contact our customer service team via eBay message.
You have 48 hours following receipt of your goods to report any damaged or defective goods due to manufacturing, or damage caused while being in the delivery process. We will deal with your queries promptly and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent. We reserve the right to ask for digital pictures with regards to the issues reported or to ask for the product to be returned to us for inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights.
