We accept payment by any of the following methods:

Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, as that will allow us to post your item to you sooner!
We offer FREE shipping on most orders !
Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it two to three days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).
Second class is our normal service - Please allow 3 to 7 Days from Dispatch date for delivery on this economy service.
International Air Mail Worldwide inc European items Can take up to 25 Working Days to arrive although many arrive sooner.
Non Arrivals In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
Contact Please do not email or call us - Use Ebay messaging and we will respond within 24 hours to aim to resolve your query.
Satisfaction If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Returns You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Advice Please ensure that any return or exchange item is accompanied by a Note detailing your Ebay user name - own Name and what you wish us to do - This will speed up the turnaround of your item or refund.
Return If we send out an incorrect order, contact us via Ebay messaging rather than opening a Return case - In this way we can exchange the item or re send a corrected order - we can only refund on return if a Return case is opened.
