How does it work?

This wrist support contains a metal palmar bar, which runs underneath the wrist, helping to keep the wrist in a neutral position. This allows the wrist to heal, and also reduces the stress on the tendons. The carpal tunnel is also kept as wide open as possible in this position, helping to effectively relieve the symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome such as wrist pain, pins and needles, and numbness in the hand.

The ultra breathable material in this support also allows for maximum airflow, allowing you to wear this support for as long as needed, while always remaining comfortable.

Sizing

This support comes in four different sizes, simply measure around your wrist with a tape measure, just below the base of the thumb, where the wrist flexes. This will give you a good idea of which size you will need, although we are always happy to exchange for a different size if you are not entirely happy with the fit when you receive your support.

  • Small: 13 - 15 cm
  • Medium: 15 - 17.5 cm
  • Large: 17.5 - 20.5 cm
  • X-Large: 20.5 - 22.5 cm

These wrist supports are approximately 7 inches in length, although this can vary slightly.

Q. I do not have a PayPal account, can I still order online?

A. Yes, if you go through the payment process, you will see the option to 'Pay with a debit or credit card'. Just enter your payment details as usual, and your payment will be processed through PayPal without the need for a PayPal account

Delivery

Q. How long will my order take to be delivered?

A. We dispatch most orders the same day if placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. Most UK orders are therefore received within 1-3 days, althoughoccasionally can take longer. International orders can take between 3-7working days.

Q. I have not received my order yet, has it been dispatched?

A. Please allow 7 working days after dispatch before contacting us. You will receive an email from PayPal when your order has been dispatched, and should receive your order shortly after. If you still have not received your order after 7 working days, please contact us.

Q. Can I collect my order?

A. Yes, please feel free to pop into our offices if you wish to collect your order or if you simply wish to see any of our products.

Returns/Exchanges

Q. I would like to return my item for a refund. How can I do this?

A. Please send your unused item to the returns address below, and we will issue your refund as soon as possible. Actesso Medical Supports cannot cover the return postage cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been received. All items returned to Actesso must be in a new and unused condition, and be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

Q. Can I exchange my item for a different size?

A. Yes, we understand that ordering online can make it difficultto get the correct size, and so we are happy to exchange any item whichis returned to us within 30 days of purchase, and in a new and unused condition.
